I was the lead designer for this Partner Relationship Management web application/portal with over 30 configurable business components. We had a small team of interaction designers which supported the engineering and professional services organizations.
The Base Application
I designed the navigation system as well as the visual design. It was intended to look simple and sparse to facilitate customization.

Feature Design
HTML mockups were an essential component in the design of various business features.
Example of a simple paper prototype used to gather user feedback on a complex wizard-based feature. (This was created in Word) 
In addition to mockups, our UI design process relied on many other supporting documents. I created various kinds of diagrams, wrote use cases and UI Specifications, and authored a UI Style Guide
